ABOUT ALISTAIR

With over 18 years in the industry, I’ve built my foundation through hands on face to face coaching and gym ownership. That experience shaped my personalised, results driven approach and naturally evolved into the way I now coach online.

My own training has evolved too. From rugby and strength training to endurance sport, running, ocean swimming, triathlon and hybrid training including HYROX, I’ve lived the full spectrum. I’ve also hosted powerlifting meets and functional fitness events, giving me a deep understanding of performance from both the athlete and coach perspective.
